At Evael, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth transition back into our collection.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
